Honorary Human is operated by Nick Hamze. References to “we” and “us” in these terms mean Nick Hamze.
These terms apply to the website’s builder and collection, the Soulware plugin, and the Soul Kits we supply. A Soul Kit describes an original AI communication style. Hugh and other characters are fictional. A kit does not represent a real person’s identity, participation, or endorsement.
Using Soulware and Soul Kits
You may use the website and plugin to create, import, and manage compatible Soul Kits. We grant you nonexclusive permission to use and adapt Soul Kits we provide or generate for you in your personal and commercial projects, to the extent we hold the rights needed to grant that permission.
This permission does not grant rights to third-party material you supply or encounter, or rights to use the Honorary Human or Soulware names and logos as your own branding. It does not promise that a kit or an AI response is unique or that you hold exclusive rights to it.
Your inputs and outputs
Provide only material you have the rights and permission to submit. You are responsible for how you use your inputs, downloaded kits, and resulting AI responses. Review outputs for accuracy, suitability, and any permissions needed before using or sharing them. Do not use a kit to misrepresent another person’s involvement or to violate someone else’s rights.
How voice guidance works
Soulware provides communication guidance. The AI application, model, task, and active instructions affect the result. We do not guarantee consistent voice behavior in every response, identical results across models, or automatic use in future conversations. Your explicit instructions, factual accuracy, and required format take priority over the voice’s preferences.
Using a kit in a conversation, installing it in local Codex, and saving it as a default are separate actions. A saved default does not change your account-wide ChatGPT preferences.
Other AI services
ChatGPT, Codex, and other applications have their own terms, policies, and access requirements. Using Soulware does not replace those requirements or give you access to a third-party service. For OpenAI products, consult the OpenAI terms applicable to your account and location.
Privacy
Read how Honorary Human handles drafts and data. Your AI application’s own privacy settings and policies also apply when you give it a kit or conversation content.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
